Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order until it has been shipped. Please contact us at info@modeflora.com and include your order number. If the package has not yet been handed over to the carrier, we will cancel your order without any issues. If it has already been shipped, the standard return process must be followed.
Return and Exchange Procedure
You have the option to return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery without providing a reason.
Please ensure the following conditions are met before returning your item:
- The item must not be worn or washed
- Original tags must still be attached
- Ideally, return the product in its original packaging
In other words: you may try the items at home, but they must not be worn for extended periods and then returned.
If your item meets the return or exchange conditions, please contact our customer service at info@modeflora.com. We will provide you with a return label.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item (we recommend using tracked shipping and sharing the tracking number with us), we will inspect its condition.
If everything is in order, we will confirm receipt via email and issue your refund within 14 days from that notification.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
In rare cases, your order may arrive damaged or you may receive the wrong size or color.
No worries – we will resolve the issue for you. Please send us a photo of the problem along with your order number to info@modeflora.com and briefly describe the situation.
We will find the best solution for you – in most cases, we will send a replacement product free of charge.
