At Modeflora.com, we cover shipping costs for you on all orders within the United States. We deliver everything to you for free - with no minimum order value.
Submitting your order
Have you found your dream product with us? We know you're looking forward to it! That's why we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Average delivery times:
- Once we receive your order, it takes 1 to 3 business days to process it. On weekdays, we process most orders within one day. Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend may take a little longer.
- After processing, the package is shipped and delivery usually takes 6 to 12 business days.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which will allow you to conveniently track your package via our shipping partner. You can find tracking instructions on our tracking page .

Delivery of your order
Once your package arrives, you can enjoy your purchase to the fullest! However, if you would like to exchange or return the item, you will find the necessary information on this page .
Damaged goods?
We apologize! In exceptional cases, damage may occur during shipping. We will send you a replacement product free of charge the first time - in this case, a refund is not possible. If the problem persists after a second complaint, we will refund you the full amount.
How to order

Don't forget to check the correct size and color. If everything is correct, click "Proceed to Checkout". Then fill in your address and check it carefully. Continue by clicking "Proceed to Shipping".
On the shipping page, confirm your details and verify that shipping is free - as a thank you for your order. Then click "Proceed to checkout".

After selecting your payment method, click "Complete Order". You will be redirected to the payment gateway page, where you will follow the instructions to complete your payment. We are ready to help you in case of any problems.
Lost package?
If your package is lost in transit or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we will send you a replacement shipment free of charge. If your order has not been delivered after 60 days from shipment, we will of course refund your money.
